Diana founded "Theatre as a Metaphor" in 2007 as an extension of The Oxford School of Art, Music and Theatre in Toronto, Ontario and she is the artistic director. 

She produced, directed, and worked on various shows, including:

AN EVENING WITH THE ARTS: "Stone Soup"-Benefit Concert for Waldorf Academy-2011, and "Marriage...the Eternal Quest"-2009. 

"Wedding Duet" by Lauren Wilson, "Post-Its (Notes on a Marriage)" by Paul Dooley & Winnie Holzman 2009 and 2007, Music and Poetry  Show - "...there should be as many words for love, as the Innuit have for snow..."/ ("...il devrait y avoir autant de mots pour l'amour, que les innuits ont pour la neige..." )-2007, "Les Petites Curieuses" by Tristan Bernard-2007, "Cyrano de Bergerac" by Edmond Rostand , "Stone Soup" benefit shows - Waldorf Academy(AHWS), "The Government Inspector", "Rashomon", "Dance Performance '85 and '86", "Oh, What a Lovely War" , "The Man Who Came to Dinner", "Where is Charley", O.M.T.A. Festival 1985 - Taboo Theatre,  and many puppet play productions for Angel Wing Puppet Theatre and Waldorf Academy(AHWS). 

Diana Miklos trained in Theatre at the "School of Performing Arts" in Bucharest, Romania and helped direct and produce various plays and shows. She was then, in 1976, the co-founder of Ex-T-ex - Theatre Experiment Company. She graduated from Ryerson University (Theatre School) in 1987 and worked on many productions as a director, producer, stage manager and sound designer. 

In the fall of 1987, Diana joined the first Faculty of the  Waldorf Academy(Alan Howard Waldorf School )and she still teaches there. She acted as the EC Chair and also the WECAN ( Waldorf Early Childhood Association of North America) representative for the school, many years. In 1988 she joined the Angel Wing Puppet Theatre and helped design and present Waldorf puppet shows at many public libraries in Toronto. She did volunteer work for Graham Cable 10 as an AV Technician and received many volunteer awards from Graham Cable 10 and from Waldorf Academy( AHWS), for the "Stone Soup" benefit shows.
